报告摘要：
We study the dynamics of a population with an age structure. We obtain a spreading-vanishing dichotomy. When spreading persists, we show that the population range expands with an asymptotic speed, which is uniquely determined by an associated nonlocal elliptic problem over the half line. This is a joint work with Yihong Du and Jian Fang.

孙宁奎，山东师范大学数学与统计学院副教授，研究方向为非线性偏微分方程和生物数学，部分成果发表在 Math. Ann., CVPDE, JDE, JDDE等国际学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金1项，山东省自然科学基金1项，山东省青创团队项目1项。
